My 8 yr old son was slapped in the face by a second grade teacher at his school. I also filed a police report. It will be a month on March 13, 2009. I am not getting any cooperation with the school district. I have been banned from the school property. The teacher stated in the police report that "She may have hit him she doesn't remember. The school district has come to the conclusion that nothing happened and has dropped the investigation. I am still fighting the case. I have involved the NAACP, news stations, newspapers, and anyone I can think of to help. Don't give up and let that teacher get away with hitting your child.
