expel the wayward youth who can not behave in a civilized manner and take advantage of the educational opportunities being offered. Then do away with the Police Resource Officers and you may actually offset the budget losses. Taxpayers have a right to see the maximum bang for their dollars. Wasting funds on wayward children who do not wish to behave seems like a significant waste of tax funds. Perhaps a few days at the juvenile detention centers will teach them the error of their ways.
