If you read the article again, real slow, you will see the alleged violations of building codes were before the present administration. Now, that does not mean Ms. Edwards has no grounds to take action against the city now, but you can not put the blame for something that happened years ago personally on the people in office today even though the present council will indeed have to answer for it.
