1. Fired all their experienced people so the people in there now cannot answer even the most basic questions. 2. All the small print exceptions to their price match "guarantee" in addition to all the hoops one must jump through to get a price match. 3. Ugly store layouts in inconvenient locations. 4. Rewards program does NOT apply to items on sale (unlike best buy which applies to everything). Any others that I missed?
