On the bright side, the boaters probably didn't have to drive around waiting for a parking place at the boat ramp.
The ramp is not big enough to accommodate the boating public. I've seen it take up to an hour to get a parking spot, it's ridiculous.
But with the rain and cold i'm sure it didn't take long the night of the flotilla.
