The man Mike McIntyre beat in last month's election is one of four congressional candidates facing a Federal Elections Commission complaint for spending campaign funds on clothing. Will Breazeale said he told the FEC about the thousand dollars of campaign money he spent on clothing when his campaign treasurer realized it was not allowed, and Breazeale then repaid the money. Breazeale said after returning from military service in Iraq, he spent the money to buy some new business suits. The organization that filed the complaint against Breazeale, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, also filed a complaint against Sarah Palin and the Republican Party for the money spent on her clothes during the campaign.
