Wilmington Police are trying to identify the man shown in this picture. He was trying to cash stolen checks at a bank drive-through window. One of the pictures shows the license plate on his car was covered with a trash bag. The checks were reported stolen on November 19, 2008. The incident at the drive-through window happened a few days later. If you recognize this man, please call police at 910-343-3600.
