I heard Jay Leno say Wednesday night that Wednesday was "Don't report to work day" if you are gay in California. Maybe this guy is of the North Carolina organization and figured that applied to court appearances as well. If the news media started calling this guy (Brian Keith Perry) gay across the TV screen and newspaper stands, he might come back to defend himself, then they would have him :-) Nah...then he'd sue the TV stations and newspaper company for slander and they would have to report to court on a subpoena because of a violation of his rights!
