I am a member of five MLSs and the Wilmington group has the best technology out of any MLS in the nation. Their main public site already allows you to search the MLS for free without ads all over the place, and also shows people the difference between a regular licensed agent and a Realtor (yes there is a HUGE difference between the two... a (non-Realtor) licensed agent is like placing your money in an uninsured bank that is robbed every Friday, where a Realtor is like placing your money in an over-insured bank that has never been robbed. Realtors follow strict ethic guidelines and continuing education where a non-realtor does not have to... So yes.. Big difference... always use a Realtor!)
