CENTREVILLE, Va. (AP) -- A man who lives near the family of Cho Seung-Hui in Virginia says the Virginia Tech student was "very quiet" and "always by himself."

He says the man who's now been identified as the one responsible for yesterday's shooting rampage at Virginia Tech spent a lot of his free time playing basketball. And he says he wouldn't respond if someone greeted him.

The neighbor describes the family as quiet.

Another man, who lives across the street from the two-story townhouse in Centreville, says the family had lived in the home for several years.
