Are you serious about this you write?? It is people like you who are cleary uneducated about the reasons why a person may end up being so unfortunate to take drugs that really hit a nerve!! Give the small time dealers huge sentences and they will reconsider selling for the "bigger men", make sure if a person dies because of drug abuse that the dealer is charged with at least culpible homicide and uo that BLOODY sentence too.
