I feel Dept.Of North Carolina Insuarnce with Hurricane damage coverage is very stupid. Not understand why they prefer keep rate go up while it is bad market and high unemployement right now. I think it will right to cancalled renewal it if homeowner cannot afford to pay full amount balance a year. They should wake up and think about how our cosat homeowner comfortable with budget.
