I called the health hotline on Tuesday. The person who answered the phone was polit at first. As soon as I gave my zip code boy did his tune change. I asked to speak to a cardiologist and was told the cardiologist was busy and to call back in 10 minutes. I called back and the clown who answered the phone was RUDER than before. This time he did NOT ask my zip code but mockingly told me that the cadiologist had "just left". I would appreciate if WWAY would clarify who is and is not welcome to call. If Brunswick County residents are NOT welcome, just say so. There is no need for rudeness and condescending remarks. How very unprofessional and uncalled for.
