Might help the state DOT

Might help them by tiding them over until the pro-DOT lobby in Raleigh buys off a few more votes and begin another "highway project-to-get-rich" scheme here in NC. States with comparable road systems (per cap) spend a 3rd less money and have better roads and then are sending more money to the schools. Why does NC have to be the butt of all the jokes and the slowest government body to catch on that they are way behind and in the spotlight in the news. When a state robs money from school lottery funds to help roads we have a problem. Without schools we would not have drivers and therefore the robbers are the administrators of that money.
