My son is 7 and since he started school at age 5 he is being bullied. It started when he had to wear a heart monitor for 30 days, kids started teasing him now it has gone to hitting. I have been to the school numerous times and have witnessed the physical abuse along with several other parents. The child received 2 hrs of in-school suspension. Now, today my son came home with a black eye and a black n blue mark on his face. Like I said, I have been to the Principal, the teachers and nothing has been done. I have threatened to file charges but doesn't seem like they care. What should I do?
