how is the Insurance Commission a "bunch of crooks"?
They receive no benefit from the rate increase.
Of course, if NC is the worst state in the region to live in -- your words, not mine, move.
Go up north where the first thing out of a Yankee's mouth is to tell you how they do things up there.
