Exactly how did he grow up in the penal system? He was in jail for what, 3 years....how is that growing up in the system. And let's not make excuses for why this thug did what he did. At some point in your life, you have to step up and take responsibility for your actions. People like you make it harder and harder for someone to do that because they know they always have someone on their side to tell them it wasn't their fault
