I am a homeowner around the corner from where the explosion occurred. I went down to see what was going on later on during the day. When I arrived I only saw Dave Rice who is a manager at Bald Head Island. I asked where everyone else was and I was amazed to here that they had left the scene. I feel like that was a major event and that was very irresponsible of the management to leave the scene of the accident. All of that weight left for one individual to handle is outragous.
