Instead of wasting money on a median, they need to fire up the chain saws and start cutting trees from 17th Street north to where Market Street widens up around Colonial Drive. This section of Market is fine if you ride a motorcycle or drive a Model T. It is not adequate or safe for today's traffic and a disgrace to the City of Wilmington.
