Jasper has 17 pages of charges filed against him, DRUGS, DWOL,Several Driving Violations,DWI/DUI, ASSAULT, ASSAULT ON A FEMALE,ASSALT WITH WEAPON, SHOPLIFTING, Communicating threats, and the list goes on and on with these REPEATED OFEENCES and the only thing that wasn't Dismissed by DA was shoplifting. I believe he pulled 24 hours for that! I wish I know this DA who let's him off the hook, I wonder if their related and why no one has ever checked into it.
