What's wrong with you, WilmMan? Of course all ambulances, police & fire trucks should come to a full & complete stop at every stop sign, never go over the speed limit and wait patiently at red lights (like all the other Wilmington motorists do). Oh, and I've seen PLENTY of them trying to pass cars IN THE CENTER TURN LANE!! Can you believe how those first responders disregard laws? Just to respond to some stupid cry for help... And I'm sure they have absolutely NO specialized emergency driver training, either. (note the sarcasm...)
