Our power (Shallotte) surely wasn't restored by 9AM! Power went out about 6:02, came back on around 8:09, (I was in the process of resetting the clock so I'm pretty sure of the time.) lasting only about 5 minutes, with several off/on/off/on/off blips. It did the same thing around 9:35, going back off after several "blips" staying on only 5 minutes or so. Power was back on around 10:45 and stayed on. We were without power for nearly 5 hours. For us - it meant not only no heat, but no water as the pump is required as we are not on municipal water yet.
