I cannot believe this man is getting charged with murder. So they have enough "evidence"? It was an accident and now another man's life is ruined. I do not condone what Pierce was doing at ALL. But he is not responsible for this. Maybe if he had rammed Matthews in to the trees, or was even CLOSE to the scene.
I feel bad for everyone involved.
This is awful...
