I've been hearing a lot on the Blue Line about the short comings of the state probation office and in particular their directors. This agency needs to be overhauled, starting by firing the upper management. Their failure to do their job properly is causing the deaths of innocent people. Not having space in prison is NOT an excuse to place our public in danger. Put them in a tent with a ball and chain on them in the middle of the Great Dismal Swamp next to the Black Water training camp.
