This will not be so funny when a lawsuit is filed against the BCSD and the Bozo that hit the wrong button. From what I have read, the suspect was being arrested and not resisting and fully cooperating with the officers. Anytime a person is in custody of any law officer, that officer(s) is fully responsible for the safety and well-being of the detainee. He definitely deserves compesation even if he did break the law. However, even if the dog did get loose, why did he attack anyone without being given the command to do so? Suppose he had gotten loose in a mall parking lot or school yard, what would he have done? Maybe the dog needs further training. Sounds like we might not be getting the whole story here.
