It was an accident that happened during a felony arrest for weapons and heroin! Except for the chance that this guy might get a free pass, I think it's funny... I hope the officers took their sweet time pulling the dog off him. I know if I come across this thug in my neighborhood, he won't get off so easy. Anybody that disagrees should go post his bail and take him in. Maybe you can turn him around with your liberal ideas... lol.
