ITS CALLED STATE Sovereignty...and the Federal Government is TRYING to take it away...basically...they are BLACKMAILING states FORCING them to participate or form programs in order to get money for help...when the federal government starts twisting the arms of the states to comply....and they DO...we are in DEEP DOO DOO! American better DARN WELL WAKE UP QUICK...or when they DO wake up...there won't be anything left to SAVE!
