Tell me, if you do not take the word of a minor child, then how do you investigate cases of abuse and sexual molestation? You need to be removed from your position. If you feel like every child who misbehaves or becomes emotional has crack heads for parents, then you are clearly NOT qualified to deal with children which I believe is the backbone of your job description.
