my car was towed by earls and when I went to pick it up the parking sticker was removed. A friend told me they seen the driver going in my car at Best Buy parking lot. I live in Clear Run apts and have lived there for 2 years. I guess my car being older than others they thought I dont drive it so they just took advantage of me. When I was on the way to Earls I stopped the driver and he collected my money at the parking lot of Hooters. The guy charged me 135.00 and would not give me a receipt. The next day I went to Earls to get a copy of the receipt and Earls said he didnt have a record of my car being towed. If this man didnt have a copy of my money I paid then who got my money? Somebody better investigate the shady business this man and his employees is running....
