Yes I am the one that wrote WINERS and yes it can be whiners also.I have lived here all my life and use to go to Wrightsville Beach and be able to enjoy it.But now I live with in 2 miles of the beach and will go to Carolina Beach just because the way the people act at Wrightsville. You must have an northern accent to understand what people are talking about. Again close the bridge and let them fend for themselves.Take away all county funding for everything at Wrightsville Beach and see how long they survive.They want to be private let them try it.
