Still looking for your North Carolina tax refund? Well it looks like it is on the way. At least that is what North Carolina Secretary of Revenue has told WWAY in a phone interview Thursday. He said they are running behind a couple of weeks and that, “anyone who is due a refund will get a refund.” The economy has caused the department to run behind schedule this year. Secretary Kenneth Lay said the department will catch up soon.
