Doctor Janicki seems to have no idea of the real world nor economics. IT jobs are gone and wont be coming back to USA ever. The companies are run by capitalist, and a capitalist is more aware of greediness, savings and money creation...not patriotism. These executive for their greed have send these jobs offshore..Good luck my friends..Welcome to unemployment. If Obama had plans, he would have implemented it already..but alas, no change will ever happen. Like me who has been in IT for over 10 years, and jobless pass 3 months, I know many others who are jobless. I hope my kids dont even dream of a career in IT. BTW: Doctor Janicki, stop sleeping..and go visit China and India..many NC IT firms have big campuses out there.
