Recently moved from NY state my wife and I knew coming in that we were coming into a tobacco state and accept that for its' obvious revenue stream but not to the extent in the public common areas like restaurants and bars...it certainly has been an eye opener and of course we would love to see this piece of legislation passed...there's plenty of time to pollute the air other than these locations!
