I totally agree with having protection for people under these laws. What I have an issue with is when people use the 50-B to hurt an innocent person, saying they threatened to hurt them. It's happened to me and I'm sure it has happened to others. It's sad that a person can go to jail just on a persons word. It can cost a person their reputation, job, etc. Who do WE go to for help to protect us from a vindictive other ?
