Charlie Emery Foy, Jr was in the monkey junction walmart Wed. evening on june 3. The police were called and when they arrived they were upset they had been called out there. The didnt believe anyone & let him go. They didnt even check his ID! Most of the workers at this walmart know this man, he use to always hang out in and around the building. It was Charlie Emery Foy, Jr that was there and the police officers actions were very upsetting. Next time we see a fugitive, person of interest, etc. there will be no need to inform authorites seeing how they are no help. I guess we ruined there dinner plans and they had better things to do then go after criminals. nice job! wilmington has the best officers!
