How will her going to the UNC game on her own dime end up costing us more money than if the state had paid for it? Many governors, like Mike Easley (or even his wife), would have gone to the game, had the state pay for it, and called it a goodwill trip representing the state. She did the right thing, went to a basketball game, did not use state funds, and yet still you complain?
