Pender County Board of Education to propose redistricting plan tonight

PENDER COUNTY -- Parents in Pender County have the chance to talk to the Board of Education about a proposed redistricting plan Monday night. School board members want to meet with parents of students enrolled in North Topsail and South Topsail Elementary Schools. The meeting will discuss redistricting for the 2007-2008 school year. The proposal affects approximately 75 students. The meeting will take place Monday at 7 p.m. in South Topsail's multi-purpose room.
