Most will help a person in need who honestly tries to make a future for themselves....and by future I do not mean a career living off government (really tax payer) hand-outs. This is not fair to the worker who pays taxes, or the underclass it creates. That's right, if you are too successful in paying your own bills, you will be punished by paying the bills of others.
