I am so glad that you do not have a love one who has a challenge. Don't you realize that helping this child with autism now will be more cost effective in the long run. Help him, help his family, later in life when they are not around, he has a skill to help pay for his needs. Children with autism as just as important as children with typical development or children with physical challenges. A child is a child regardless and they should be provided for. It's not the child that abuses the system, it's their parents. The system works when not abused.
