Can you believe it? Another car crashes into a house. A 17 year old under the influence? I am sure when all of this is sorted out, somebody is going to be putting out some money on this. Chances are she is on her parent's insurance and they will see the rates go up. In my humble opinion, she should lose her license for a specified period of time. She may not be able to get any insurance, which is a good thing. If she was mine, she wouldn't be driving again for a long time.
