As the sister of a cancer survivor who has only been able to live with his pain through the use of marijuana, this story and the lies of the police involved make me sick. Get over it people. Medical marijuana works for chronic pain better than any prescription drug and without side effects. Should someone be jailed for rosemary, thyme, lemon balm, slippery elm bark, or any other herb that helps alleviate sickness? I say no. Go get the criminals that actually do damage to the community and our failing society.
