help with my teeth

I am a 35 year old mother and I have 4 kids I tried going thru Medicaid. But they kept denieding me I have a missing tooth but the other half been n there 4 aleast 2year it been bothing me off and on I also have a chip tooth also my other teeth is borthering. Also can u please help me
