Shut this resturant down! My god, how can you let a place stay open when it has a "rat and roach" problem. I've worked in the food industry, and i know it takes alot to get such a low score, never mind the fact, it has been three times in 13 months. It makes my stomach turn to even think of the conditions in this resturant. If you shut them down, they'll have to change. (or better yet,not re-open.)
