Since Gov Perdue spent 8 years in service behind Easley, maybe she feels out of place with any discussion on the issue. However, it is TIME for Mrs. Easley to step down and take the issue of her "job" with her so the University can get back to doing what it does best, educating students. By the way, she has been at NCSU for a little over a year, where is the Public Safety Leadership program? Cannot find it on any web link on the NCSU web page. It would seem that the $850,000 would be better spent on keeping the University budget closer to the black instead of paying her $180,000 a year for having speakers come to campus. Do the math, this could fund a program or part of a program for a year. Do the honorable thing lady and get out of there and leave the money alone. Hopefully the Legislature can cancel the funding that was supposedly private money. Oh well, at least we still get TV Land
