READ MORE:
South Brunswick High School made it all the way to the 3rd round of the state playoffs last year, but head coach Gordon Walters resigned after the season to coach in South Carolina. After a lengthy interview process, the Cougars finally named their new head football coach Wednesday. Despite 55 candidates, South Brunswick hired from within the program. Former assistant Roman Kelley is now the new head coach in Boiling Spring Lakes. Kelley played quarterback at Appalachian State before starting his coaching career.
