If people with revoked licenses would stay off the road, like they are supposed to, the accident rate would be a great deal lower! Look at the kid on the motorcycle who killed himself and Shak the cab driver. If this woman and this boy had not been behind the wheel/handlebars then that would have been two less accidents this year and, more importantly, two less fatalities!
