It is truly sad that a teenager had to die from his wrong actions. How long before they will learn to act like adults. Maybe the State needs to up the graduated license plan to 18 or 19 in order to slow these tragedies down. They will never go away and until parents or guardians take a firm hand and some tough love with the teenagers, we will still see this. Sometime somewhere something drastic has to happen to make these kids stop driving badly
