A charge of statutory rape for Wishnask? Ridiculous! I seriously doubt the fifteen-year-old boy was damaged by his 4 a.m. dallience with the debauched schoolteacher. What troubles me is this: Why was a 15-year-old out at 4 a.m.? What responsibility do his parents have for his running the streets in the wee hours? I suspect poor parenting on their part.
