Gov Perdue offered only empty political rhetoric during her visit. She does not have any original ideas on how to improve the state's economic conditions other than to spend stimulus money. In fact she said previously if SC does not want their money she would gladly take it. However, the federal government shoved the money down SC's throat, so I guess that's not going to happen.
