I receive a water bill about once a week....and it increases about $100 each time. I've called and spent over 30 minutes speaking with customer service. She was very nice, but didn't seem to understand what was going on either.
I would just like someone to send a bill that explains ALL of the charges, not just add on another $100 each time with no reasoning where it came from.
It's amazing that they're in business.
